The story begins with my mothers hard-working parents who made a better life for themselves and their family. Redtree LLC began with the purchase of a condo in 2011 and now owns and rents out three in the Clinton Township area on a yearly basis. Our hidden gem on Center Street in Caseville is Redtrees’ first cottage rental.

My grandfather was an avid fisherman and enjoyed reeling in a bounty of perch out of Saginaw Bay. Memories of jigging my line between the rocks off the Caseville Pier to catch that beautiful rainbow trout before my younger cousin could catch one pulls on my heartstrings. We wish to share the natural beauty, charm and hometown feelings of Caseville with young families, retirees and the fun-loving, yet responsible, folks alike.
